I'm off to the People's Republic of Vietnam, again, this Friday, February 5, to chase ghosts, or to exorcise post colonial demons, whichever comes first. Or perhaps just to get away from Japan, to "come up for air".
It's a shooting trip, stretching from Saigon to Chau Doc on the Cambodian border, back through the bustling town of Sa Dec in the Delta, and finishing off with Cholon, Saigon's sprawling Chinatown.
