Night lights and water always go well together, and it is no exception here.

While the people in this scene look fairly mundane, I love the splashes of wild colour. Love the double of reflections; the water and the one on the fence.

You're off to see the wizrard.  The Pantone wizard at that.  Nice continuation in the range of colors at night on the street.  Given the empty space in the center of the frame, it doesn't seem to be as strong a shot as some of the others, but it gets the job done in capturing yet another glowing tone of slick insomniac Saigon.
